Alarm clocks for all ages
I bought this alzheimers' clock for my 88 year old father who has mild dementia. He likes to know what day and time it is without having to ask. I like that he doesn't have to do anything when the alarm/reminder goes off - I set it to 15 seconds so the bell rings twice and then stops. There are more great features, but these are at the top of my list.
So far the calendar clock is working well. Easy to read and easy to use. The alarms are very loud and will scare you when you don't expect them. It is also good for people with hearing difficulties or those in the next room. It has a volume control.
This wall clock assists with many details of life and sets an alarm for every meal. The different colours of the font and the size of the font are easy for older people to read. It is bright, has the option to change the colour of the letters/numbers and contains all the information needed including the date (month name, day number and year), date name, time (am/pm) and date phase (am, pm, pm). My father has come to rely on the clock to help him stay on track with his day. I'm so glad to buy this clock.
